MANILA, July 20 -- USA downed Spain, 82-73, Monday in the final of the FIBA U17 Women's World Cup at the Starez Arena Vodova in Brno, Czechia.

The Americans won their fourth consecutive title and seventh overall in eight editions.

Micah Ojo led the USA with 20 points, while Isabel Hernandez delivered 28 points, eight steals, four rebounds and four assists for Spain, which secured its fourth silver medal.

Australia settled for the bronze medal after beating Canada, 64-57.
