Manila, Oct. 5 -- Mayor Raisa Trenas took pride in bringing government services closer to the people with the unveiling of 42 people-centered programs and initiatives during the first 100 days since she assumed as local chief executive for this city.

In her first State of the City Address (SOCA) at the jampacked heritage Ker & Co. building on Wednesday, Trenas shared the initiatives which anchored on the Rise-To-Action Pillars --Rising Health and Social Services, Rising Economy and Rising Livability framework.
