Manila, Sept. 17 -- The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in the Cordillera Administrative Region (TESDA-CAR) is offering scholarships for 21 creative skills to help workers improve their competencies or acquire new ones.

Romar Agpes, senior technical education and skills development specialist of TESDA-Benguet, said Thursday that interested individuals may inquire at TESDA offices about the available scholarships.

"We have the scholarships that can help improve the creative skills of Filipinos. They simply have to visit the TESDA offices," Agpes said in a phone interview.
