MANILA, Dec. 22 -- Children in Taguig City now have a fresh holiday treat as the city government opened the TLC Playpark over the weekend, giving kids a new, safe space to play and explore during the Christmas season.

In a statement on Monday, Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano said the 3,000 square-meter park located along the edge of Laguna Lake is part of their efforts to create free public spaces where families can bond and spend quality time together.

She added that the facility is designed for children from ages 3 to 12, which features world-class play equipment paired with cultural storytelling elements, giving children opportunities for active play while learning about Taguig's Probinsyudad identity.
