Manila, Dec. 13 -- The shear line and the northeast monsoon or "amihan" are forecast bring rains over parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. advisory, the the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the shear line is forecast to bring cloudy skies scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Marinduque, and Romblon.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon is expected to bring cloudy skies with rains over Quezon province, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
