Manila, Oct. 1 -- The Semiconductor and Electronics Industry Advisory Council (SEIAC), chaired by the Office of the Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs (OSAPIEA), has laid out its Technical Working Group's five-year action plan to develop a skilled Filipino workforce and boost the country's semiconductor and electronics sector.

The plan was presented during the second meeting of the SEIAC, the Council said in a news release on Wednesday.
