Manila, Jan. 23 -- Embattled former Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. appeared before the Sandiganbayan anti-graft court Friday, where he stands accused along with six others of alleged involvement in a PHP92.8-million ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan.

The Sandiganbayan deferred and rescheduled the arraignment and pre-trial pending resolution by the court of a motion to quash filed by Revilla's lawyers with the tribunal giving the prosecution until Jan. 28 to submit comments on the defense's motions.

Revilla's family, led by his wife Cavite Representative Lanie Mercado-Revilla, was also seen at the anti-graft court.
