Manila, Aug. 13 -- The Quezon City government has launched an investigation following the incident of a falling concrete from a condominium in Tomas Morato corner Roces Avenue that hit three students.

In a statement Tuesday, the city government assured aid for the victims and their families.

"Kasabay nito, inatasan na po natin ang ating mga tanggapan para mapag-aralan ang anumang kaso na maaaring isampa sa sinumang may pananagutan (At the same time, we have instructed our offices to study any cases that may be filed against anyone responsible)," the statement read.
