Manila, June 27 -- The House prosecution panel on Saturday rejected Vice President Sara Z. Duterte's claim that her alleged threat against President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was protected by freedom of expression, saying no constitutional right is absolute and that the issue should be decided by the Senate impeachment court.

House of Representatives trial spokesperson and Lanao del Sur 1st District Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong made the statement after Duterte's camp argued in its answer before the impeachment tribunal that her statements fall within the ambit of free speech.
