CAMP OLIVAS, Aug. 9 -- The Police Regional Office-Central Luzon (PRO-3) is intensifying its collaboration with local government units (LGUs) across the region to support the Philippine National Police's (PNP) ambitious goal of five-minute response time to emergencies.
The initiative is anchored on the PNP chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III's program, which emphasizes swift and responsive public service as a cornerstone of effective policing.
Regional Director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr. has been leading courtesy visits to provincial, city and municipal officials to align peace and order strategies, reinforce partnerships, and secure local support for police operations.
