PNP thankful for high score in OCTA survey for safe communities
Manila, Aug. 25 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday thanked the public following its favorable rating in the latest OCTA Research survey, which showed that 72 percent of Filipinos have a positive perception of safety in their communities.
PNP information chief and spokesperson Col. Allen Rae Co attributed the public's positive perception about safety to strategic police deployment.
Co said the survey result is an indication of a good partnership between the PNP, local government units, and other concerned government units in maintaining peace and order in the communities.
