Manila, March 24 -- Anti-narcotics agents seized suspected shabu valued at PHP3.4 million and arrested two suspected big-time illegal drug pushers in Ampatuan, Maguindanao del Sur on Monday, officials said Tuesday.

Edgar T. Jubay, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) director in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), said the buy-bust operation was conducted by personnel of the Maguindanao provincial police and the 90th Infantry Battalion in Barangay Kauran, Ampatuan at 3 p.m. on Monday.

Jubay said the operating troops confiscated about 500 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of PHP3.4 million.
