Manila, Aug. 24 -- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PDEA-BARMM), through the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing (ROC-BDC), has declared 11 barangays in Tawi-Tawi drug-cleared.

"The 11 villages declared drug-cleared are from South Ubian and Turtle Islands," PDEA-BARMM Regional Director Edgar Jubay said in a statement on Monday.

In addition, he said the committee also maintained the drug-cleared status of three barangays in Cotabato City and Parang, Maguindanao del Norte.
