Manila, July 8 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Wednesday said the Regional Tripartite Wage Boards are reviewing possible wage adjustments in their respective areas.

Speaking to reporters during his visit to Pulilan, Bulacan, Marcos said the wage boards are assessing prices and economic conditions in each region to determine whether current wage rates remain appropriate or if an increase is needed.

He said recommendations are expected by September or October.
