DAGUPAN CITY, July 17 -- The Tourist Rest Area (TRA) in Lingayen, Pangasinan served a total of 27,060 visitors and helped micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) generate PHP1.24 million in sales from Feb. 5 to June 30 this year.

Of the total number, 23,500 were local visitors, 3,235 were from other provinces or regions, and 325 were foreign visitors, according to data from the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office.

The visitors availed of a fully equipped information center, restrooms accessible even to persons with disabilities, shower facilities, a lactation room, and workstations with charging ports, all complemented by a cafe.
