LINGAYEN, June 1 -- The provincial government of Pangasinan and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pangasinan chapter are set to sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) for the implementation of bringing free legal services in the province.

"The details of the MOA are that the provincial government will be providing facilities, venues, for IBP to do their legal aid services under the Unified Legal Aid Service (ULAS). And this will be tied up with the existing Government Unified Incentives for Medical Consultations (Guiconsulta) activities," said Vice Governor Mark Ronald Lambino in an interview on Monday.
