Manila, Oct. 24 -- Malacanang on Friday urged the Makabayan bloc to provide specific names and details regarding alleged "allocable funds" for lawmakers' pet projects, saying the claim must be backed by evidence.

This, after Makabayan claimed that despite the Marcos administration's insistence that the proposed 2026 national budget is free of irregularities, pork barrel exists in the form of "congressional allocables" for infrastructure, party-list allocations, and presidential pork in Unprogrammed Appropriations and Confidential and Intelligence Funds."
