Manila, July 16 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is keeping in touch with heads of government agencies as he puts the finishing touches on his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA), Malacanang said on Thursday.

Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the President has been regularly communicating with agency heads to discuss their accomplishments, key programs and major initiatives.

She added that Marcos is currently finalizing the draft of his SONA speech, which will be delivered at Batasan Pambansa Complex in Quezon City on July 27.
