Bangladesh, Sept. 17 -- A Pakistani Navy vessel, PNS Hunain (F-273), is learnt to have grazed an Indian Navy warship during a close-range encounter in international waters on Tuesday evening, with Indian defense sources describing the Pakistani vessel's maneuvering as reckless, unsafe and unprofessional. The Indian naval vessel was conducting a routine surveillance mission when the Pakistani ship approached it at high speed and began closing the distance. The Indian commanding officer is understood to have detected the approaching vessel and issued warnings.
