Manila, Aug. 1 -- The Pag-IBIG Fund on Friday reported a net income of PHP28.04 billion for the first half of 2025, a 15.25-percent increase from the PHP24.33 billion posted in the same period last year.

This marks the agency's highest first-half net income since its establishment in 1980.

Gross income from January to June reached PHP44.39 billion, up by 11.65 percent or PHP4.63 billion year-on-year.

The growth was attributed to strong collections and higher earnings from its housing and short-term loan portfolios.
