Manila, Oct. 9 -- The administration's Kadiwa ng Pangulo (KNP) has made PHP20 per kilogram of rice available for all during the KNP Expo 2026 in Pasay City.

This comes as the Department of Agriculture (DA) led the 3rd KNP Expo at the World Trade Center, which will run from Oct. 8 to 10.

In an interview on Thursday, Agriculture Assistant Secretary for Agribusiness, Marketing and Consumer Affairs and Head of KNP program Genevieve Velicaria-Guevarra said the cheaper yet good-quality rice stocks may be accessed by the public.
