Manila, Jan. 19 -- Some PHP164.15 million worth of illegal drugs were seized while 92 suspects were arrested in government anti-drug operations conducted from Jan. 9 to 16, 2026.

The arrests and seizures were the products of 87 anti-illegal drug operations, according to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Monday.

Of the 92 arrested, 80 were pushers, five were drug den visitors, three were den owners/maintainers and four were nabbed for drug possession.

Among the illegal drugs confiscated were 5,424 grams of shabu seized in two interdiction operations in Pasay City on Jan. 13 and 14, while 2,000.40 grams of shabu seized in Quezon City on Jan. 12. Meanwhile, 8,000 grams of shabu were seized in Cebu on Jan. 13.
