Manila, Oct. 20 -- More than 45,700 homeseekers preregistered for the two-day 2nd National Housing Expo 2026, where over 80 private real estate developers offered about 50,000 ready-for-occupancy housing units, Pag-IBIG Fund said Tuesday.

Thousands also attended the event, organized by Pag-IBIG Fund and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

Participating developers offered subdivision and condominium units under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, with special prices, promotional deals and exclusive buyer incentives.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. made a surprise visit during the opening, touring developers' booths with DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling.
