Manila, July 1 -- More than 200 members of the San Isidro Labrador Homeowners Association Inc. Phase 1 in Antipolo City received their Transfer Certificates of Title (TCTs) on Wednesday under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

In a news release, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) said Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) President and CEO Federico Laxa led the awarding ceremony, marking the realization of the beneficiaries' long-held dream of owning the land they have occupied for years.

The title distribution was facilitated through President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded 4PH Program under the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program.
