Manila, Nov. 6 -- The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has restored five transmission lines in the Visayas and Mindanao, while two others are partly energized, and five are still unavailable due to the impact of Typhoon Tino (international name Kalmaegi).
In an advisory early Wednesday, the NGCP said the Nabas-Unidos 69kV line, which services Aklan Electric Cooperative (AKELCO), was restored at 11:02 p.m. Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the other transmission lines that were restored as of 10 p.m. Tuesday are the Nabas-Sapian 69kV Line that caters to the Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc.
