Manila, Sept. 17 -- Justice Secretary Jesus Remulla says the government might opt to get a different builder for the PHP2.4-billion contract for the new National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) headquarters being put up in its old site along Taft Avenue in Manila, after learning that the firms undertaking a portion of the project belonged to the Discaya family.
"(Y)un lang naman talaga ang pwede natin gawin kasi nga wala na lisensya ito (That is our only option left since the old builder's license has been revoked).
