BACOLOD CITY, May 16 -- Negros Occidental's provincial government is providing a financial support of PHP11.74 million to its 341-strong delegation to the Palarong Pambansa 2026 in Agusan del Sur from May 24 to 31.

On Saturday, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson led the releasing of allowances and other assistance to the athletes, coaches, chaperones, trainers, officials and support personnel in a ceremony witnessed by Department of Education - Negros Occidental Schools Division Superintendent Gladys Amylaine Sales at the Capitol Social Hall here.
