India, Sept. 23 -- The Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) reported a total of 3,587 families or 10,629 individuals in the province have been affected by Super Typhoon Nando (international name Ragasa) as of 11 a.m. Tuesday.

PDRRMO emergency operation center team leader Maegan Equila, in a phone interview, said 33 families or 80 individuals in six barangays of three municipalities are being served inside evacuation centers, while six families or 17 individuals are being served outside evacuation centers.
