Manila, Oct. 14 -- Manila Electric Company (Meralco) retail electricity supplier (RES) MPower has added another customer under its Retail Aggregation Program (RAP) to ensure sustainable and responsible energy use.

MPower, in a press release Tuesday, said wholesale ice plant operator Mr. Freeze Tube has enrolled several of its ice plants in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Bulacan under RAP, which allows the latter to purchase bulk power and join the contestable market.
