Mental health voucher system for low, middle-income Filipinos pushed
Manila, May 20 -- House Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos of Ilocos Norte on Wednesday pushed for the immediate passage of a measure seeking to establish a Mental Health Voucher System under the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) to help low- and middle-income Filipinos access consultations, therapy, medication, and other mental health services without being stopped by cost.
