Manila, March 24 -- Users of Maya app receiving remittances from select Middle East countries will get transaction rebates as part of Maya's move to support Filipino families amid the conflict.

In a statement Tuesday, Maya said that from March 23 to April 10, 2026, users who receive remittances from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Lebanon and Jordan can unlock a set of transaction rebates.

Users become eligible when they receive remittances into their Maya account from the said countries.

After receiving a qualifying remittance, eligible users will get an invitation to activate Maya XP, typically within one to three days.
