Manila, March 9 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. will promote the Philippines' agenda on peace and security during his working visit here from March 9 to 10.
In a statement for his working visit on Sunday (New York time), Marcos said the trip would allow the Philippines to share its experiences and initiatives in promoting peace, dialogue, and cooperation in the international community.
He said he would highlight the country's achievement in advancing peace and security, including its initiatives under the Women, Peace and Security agenda and the establishment of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
