Manila, April 6 -- A magnitude 5.4 earthquake jolted Cebu on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.

The tectonic quake struck 17 kilometers southeast of Bogo City at around 3:22 p.m. It was 10-km. deep
