Manila, Oct. 20 -- The lead prosecutor said the evidence presented during the impeachment trial, as well as records gathered during hearings of the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability, could be made available to the proper authorities if required.

"We welcome the pronouncement of the Ombudsman that they are interested to look into even the evidence of the prosecution na ating nailatag sa kagalang-galang na (that we presented before the honorable) impeachment court," Luistro said.

Luistro said the prosecution will wait for the issuance of a subpoena by the Office of the Ombudsman before submitting the evidence.
