MANILA, Nov. 19 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has impounded a Lamborghini, a high-end sports car, for not having a front license plate and for being unregistered.

In a statement on Wednesday, LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao said the vehicle was first apprehended along the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) for having no front license plate and was later found to be unregistered.

The driver was then later issued a temporary operator's permit.
