Manila, Jan. 22 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has filed administrative charges against the driver of a dump truck who was involved in a collision with a passenger jeepney that killed three people in Luna, Isabela, on Wednesday.

In a statement on Thursday, LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao assured that the truck driver will be held responsible for traffic law violations if found guilty by the LTO in its ongoing investigation.
