COTABATO CITY, July 28 -- Lanao del Sur stakeholders have asked Bangsamoro lawmakers to adopt measures that would improve the road right-of-way (ROW) claim processes and advance the implementation of public infrastructure projects.

"Please don't make our ROW claims difficult for us to process," Masacal Johnson, a resident of Marawi City and leader of the civil society Ranaw movement for good governance, said in a statement on Tuesday, a day after the public hearing of a proposed bill on the matter in Marawi City.
