Manila, Sept. 27 -- Far Eastern University (FEU) sustained its winning form to beat Arellano University, 25-22, 25-17, 25-16, in the 2025 Shakey's Super League (SSL) Preseason Unity Cup at Playtime FilOil Centre in San Juan on Saturday.

Congolese Faida Bakanke scored 15 points, including eight in the third set, as the Lady Tamaraws notched their second straight win in Pool B.

"We had a slow start and Tin (Ubaldo) told us we should move and give our best," Bakanke, who made 13 attacks and two blocks, said in the post-match interview.

"We should do what our coaches told us to do. We know that we should do our best from our serve to our block also," she added.
