Manila, Aug. 1 -- Family and close friends of the late former president Fidel V. Ramos (FVR) offered a Holy Mass on his fourth death anniversary at Libingan ng mga Bayani in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on Friday.

The Mass was officiated by Fr. Rey Sombrero, chaplain of the Philippine Army.

Former First Lady Ming Ramos was not able to attend for health reasons.

However, Ramos' daughters Angel, Cristy and Margie, and his grandchildren were present.

Among his friends who attended the Holy Mass were former Local Government secretary Rafael Alunan, former Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief Gen. Hermogenes Esperon Jr., and former Philippine National Police chief Avelino Razon Jr.
