Manila, Sept. 28 -- The prevailing Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will cause rains across the Visayas and Mindanao on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecast throughout the Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Palawan, and Lanao del Sur.

Flash floods or landslides are possible due to moderate to heavy rains.

The rest of Mindanao will get isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Luzon will experience the same weather condition due to localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the whole archipelago will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
