Manila, Sept. 7 -- The city government here and the Civil Service Commission (CSC) are partnering for the two-day Lingkod Bayani (Trabaho at Serbisyo Hatid sa Bayan) as part of activities to mark the Civil Service Month celebration in Western Visayas.
