Manila, July 13 -- The southwest monsoon or habagat will continue to bring rains in many parts of Luzon on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

In its 5 a.m. advisory, the weather bureau said cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will be experienced in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, and Palawan.

The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms also due to habagat.
