Manila, July 7 -- Several parts of the country will experience rain on Tuesday due to the southwest monsoon (habagat), and the easterlies, the state weather bureau said.

The habagat will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Zamboanga Peninsula, the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), Lanao del Norte and Sultan Kudarat, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Moderate to heavy rainfall may trigger flash floods or landslides.

The easterlies, meanwhile, will bring isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to Cagayan Valley and Aurora.
