Manila, Feb. 5 -- The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) said Thursday it will roll out targeted service improvements after hearing concerns and suggestions from members, pensioners, and local government partners during a stakeholders' dialogue in Tagum, Davao del Norte.

GSIS President and General Manager Wick Veloso said the activity, held on Wednesday, was meant to surface specific issues on speed, clarity, and accessibility of transactions and convert these into concrete operational adjustments.
