Manila, Dec. 12 -- The Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC) said giving out of 13th month pay to employees is an appreciation of the contribution of labor to the growth and success of the company.
"The 13th month pay is not just a legal requirement-it's also a recognition of workers' valuable contribution to the productivity and success of every business," BWC Director Alvin Curada said in a message.
