Manila, May 7 -- The proposed Reframed General Education (GE) Curriculum is "not yet final" and remains open for revision, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) assured Thursday.

This came after the proposal gained interest following an online public hearing on Tuesday, which drew over 4,700 via Facebook livestream and 1,400 participants via Zoom.

In a statement, the CHED assured that all inputs will be considered as it undergoes the consultation process.

"The Commission emphasized that the proposed reframed GE curriculum is not yet final and remains subject to the ongoing consultation process with higher education institutions, faculty, students, professional organizations, and other education stakeholders," it said.
