Manila, Sept. 2 -- Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas has reassumed the role of director of the Police Regional Office-Calabarzon (PRO-4A) on Tuesday.

Lucas replaced Brig. Gen Jack Wanky during the turnover ceremony at Camp Vicente Lim here.

"We will ensure that we adhere to the 8-Point Agenda of our acting chief [of the] PNP (Philippine National Police), Lt. Gen Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., so that we can further improve our service for the people of Calabarzon," Lucas in his message.

Lt. Gen. Bernard Banac, PNP Deputy Administrator, led the turnover ceremony and reminded all officers of their duties to obey orders and perform their missions wholeheartedly.
