Manila, Feb. 25 -- The country will experience fair weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the prevailing easterlies, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

Luzon will experience warm and humid weather, especially at noon, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather specialist Chenel Dominguez.

"Isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are also likely, especially in the afternoon and evening," she added.

Fair weather with isolated rain showers and localized thunderstorms are also forecast across the Visayas and Mindanao.

Dominguez warned that thunderstorms could also result in flash floods or landslides.
