Manila, Aug. 7 -- Seven stations of the Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) Busway are set for major improvements this year under the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Department of Budget and Management's (DBM) EDSA Busway Station Rehabilitation Project (Rehab).

In an interview during an inspection of the EDSA Busway North Avenue Station on Thursday, DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon said the initiative supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s agenda of pushing for more commuter-centered policies.

The project will be done in two phases.
