Manila, June 15 -- As the national government continues its operation to help the localities affected by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake in southern Mindanao, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian highlighted the significance of implementing the whole-of-nation approach to help affected evacuees.
